A REALTORŪ is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORSŪ and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.

| Code of Ethics |
The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORSŪ since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
Loyalty to clients;
Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
Cooperation with competitors;
Truthfulness in statements and advertising;
and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORSŪ have with their clients.

| Designation |
To earn a designation, a REALTORŪ a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry.
I have received the CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, and the E-Pro, Electronic Professional and the Certified Distressed Property Expert designations through a number of specific course offerings taken in the area of Residential Listings; Residential Sales; Business Planning and a variety of courses on the electronic media of e-mails, web design/hosting, creation and management of Real Estate blogs, Listservs, domains, PDA's, contact management software, Messaging technique, and every other facet of using the internet and electronic media to better serve the needs and activities of today's Real Estate clients.

| Background |
Born in Reading, PA I am a graduate of Gov. Mifflin High School class of 1969, Kutztown University Class of 1973 with a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and Kutztown University Class of 1977 with a Master's Degree in Secondary Education. I taught High School Social Studies where I was also the Boys Track Coach.
In 1979 I became a licensed Realtor first working with Park Road Realtors.
My interests include sports, photography, music and attempting to play golf! I'll get it sooner or later.

| Personal Memberships/Associations |
I have been a member of Rotary since 1975 serving as President of the Shillington Rotary and in 1999 joined my present club of West Reading/Wyomissing.
My other membership interests are Masonic Lodge #660 Isaac Hiester, West Reading, PA; Scottish Rite Consistory and Shriner in the Valley of Reading.
Member and past Board Member of my church; Sts. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church, Wyomissing, PA
In 2005 I joined the Exeter Optimist Club as a Charter Member where I am presently V. President and a member of the Board of Directors.
